Today we investigated how gears affect the direction and speed of travel and how different amounts of force are needed to move them.

After researching and designing, we moved onto the creating stage of our DT project.

This week we investigated water resistance!

We investigated the affect of air resistance by creating our own parachutes

We climbed up Dodd Wood as part of our Geogrpahy field trip. Unfortunately, due to the weather, we didn’t get much of a view! We looked at the maps back in the classroom and compared the size of Dodd Wood to the mountains we have been learning about.
